We are approved contractors for the Giromax Delcote refurbishment and re-lining systems. Delcote HPG is a liquid applied elastomeric silicone membrane which cures to form a tough protective coating for the re-lining of metal, concrete and asbestos gutter and rainwater systems.

Seamsil 300 is a Silicone based system designed specifically for externally sealing joints of Galvanised Steel, Aluminium, Concrete and Asbestos Cement gutters.

Delcote HPG is a liquid applied elastomeric silicone membrane with excellent vapour breathing properties which cures to form a tough protective coating and ideally suited to preserve most commercial gutter and rainwater systems.

Delcote HPG is normally applied without the need to prime and is suitable for application once surfaces are clean, dry and corrosion free.

Ongoing leak problems originating from the gutter joint detail can easily be addressed with Seamsil 300 Specification, particularly in situations where the existing defective joint cannot be broken and re-assembled, the silicone systems adopts the same principle as the Seamsil 100 repair of sheet edge corrosion in achieving an externally applied fully flexible seal.

In Detail

Unifold is a gutter lining system that is rigid in use and as the name suggests, is able to fold, using system hinges, allowing access to the gutter cavity and then re-open, to maximise the available space within. It has an exceptional life span, well in excess of 30 years and is guaranteed for a period of 20 years including the installation.

Unifold is manufactured from an EPDM membrane that is pressure bonded to galvanised and coated steel substrate. During this process the hinges are formed, which are the essence of the system's unique flexibility. They provide the ability to enter the most difficult of gutter cavities, maximising the available space. The resulting laminate forms a composite sheet to the required girth that is then press formed to the correct profile.

Similarly the Plygene Gutterline system is incredibly hard-wearing and carries a 20 year guarantee. It is pliable enough to mould to any gutter profile and will tolerate changes in temperatures and building movement without splitting or cracking.

We carry out site-specific risk assessments prior to any works commencing and submit a detailed method statement and risk assessment pack for every project.

We are audited and accredited by SafeContractor the fastest growing health and safety accreditation scheme in the UK, dedicated to promoting higher standards of competence and compliance.

Our operatives are trained via the IPAF training programme and issued with a PAL card. The PAL Card (Powered Access License) is recognised worldwide across industries as proof of platform operator training to the highest standard.

The IPAF training programme was developed by leading industry professionals and is certified by TÜV as confirming to the international standard ISO 18878:2004 Mobile elevating work platforms Opoerator (driver) training.
